How to manage PCOS at work

Our members virtual community catch-up sessions are a safe space for members to connect, share stories, ask questions, and gain support from others in The IVFN community who truly understand what you’re going through.

This month, we’ll be joined by Anne Howard, Fertility Nurse Forum Deputy Chair, Royal College of Nursing, who will lead a supportive and informative discussion on managing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in the workplace. Together, we’ll explore how PCOS symptoms can impact your daily working life, and what strategies and adjustments can help create balance and confidence at work.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with PCOS for years, this session offers practical tools, emotional support, and a community that gets it.

This is a welcoming, confidential, and judgment-free space for anyone affected by PCOS. We invite you to join us, share at your comfort level, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of managing reproductive health at work.
