If you have the discipline to do this on a daily basis (11 minutes), then you will feel blissful. During this meditation you’ll practice three simple postures – either sitting cross legged on the floor or in a chair (or wherever you feel comfortable, with your spine in an upright position) – and two meditations: Mudra (hand postures) and Mantra; harnessing and embracing sound technology to create vitality and presence for the moment.
