Baby Loss Awareness Week is a time for reflection, compassion, and understanding. That’s why we’re dedicating this Power Hour to exploring how employers and employees alike can foster supportive, empathetic workplaces during this important awareness week and beyond.
From 11am to 12pm, Fran Steyn, Community Nursing Director will be live on the Power Hour Forum to share practical guidance, answer your questions in real time, and help you navigate difficult conversations with care and confidence.
Whether you’re an HR professional, a line manager, or a team member who wants to support colleagues with compassion, this session will give you the tools to create a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported.
