Safety tips

Here are 4 tips to keep in mind in order to feel safe in the community:

1. Do not share anything you're uncomfortable having others see

IVF can be an intimate and sensitive topic. There is never any pressure to share anything you don’t want to. The IVF Network is a place to connect and share what you feel comfortable with sharing.

2. Do not share personal information
Do not share sensitive information such as:

  • Address
  • ID
  • Social Security number or National Insurance number
  • Passport or driving license
  • Bank details
  • Where your hospital is
  • Who your doctor is

It is your responsibility to decide what type of details/information you share with the people you connect with.

3. Ask for permission to share pictures of anyone else

If you’re uploading pictures of another person, make sure to ask for and receive permission from them first, regardless if they’re members of The IVF Network or not.

4. Recruitment of members or data

Recruiting members for personal or business use is forbidden without consulting The IVF Network and being given explicit permission from us.

For all partnerships enquiries, please contact us. We reserve the right to remove any content indicating this type of unsolicited search or recruitment.
