If you’re trying to conceive, the summer holidays can bring mixed emotions. While others are busy planning beach trips, school break adventures, and posting photos of their children, you may find yourself quietly navigating a very different season.Social media, in particular, can feel overwhelming with an influx of family pictures and posts that may reflect everything you’re longing for. It’s okay if these images sting. It’s okay if you need to take a break from the scroll.Be kind to yourself. You don’t have to attend every family gathering or like every holiday picture or post. Setting gentle boundaries is a form of self-care.Remember: your feelings are valid. You’re allowed to feel joy for others and sadness for yourself at the same time.Put your feelings first and know you are not alone.

      Take care,
      Fran x
