Hi, I am Helena! Currently in my first IVF cycle and have been told that can’t do fresh embryo transfer as I over responded. I had my egg collection yesterday. I am currently waiting to see how many or if any will make it to freezing stage. The nerves are starting to get to me now.

Hi I am Juliet! I started treatment cycle back in August unfortunately I did not respond to stims even though I was on a high dosage of menopur for 21 days. Really hard period for me, I have been advised to take DHEA supplements and try again after 2-3 months. I am also using the time to research clinics in Europe that specialise in low ovarian reserve / poor ovarian response.

Hi I’m Anita, we have been on our journey for 4.5 years. Had stage 3 endometriosis, empty follicle syndrome so after one egg collection we had to go down the frozen donor egg route. After 1 miss carriage and 1 failed transfer we are 5 days away from our third embryo transfer. This is our last one so fingers crossed.

Hi, I’m Hannah. We’ve had one cancelled IVF cycle due to failed response to stimulation, then created only 5 embryos from 3 egg collections – none have worked, they think it’s all due to poor egg quality but no obvious reason found. It’s taken a huge toll on us both emotionally, both grieving in different ways & its taken us time to muster up the courage to go again – we’re hoping to start attempt 5 soon.
